All adult participants INCLUDING PRO AND AMATUER PLAYERS must click on the link below to access and fill out the waiver. Please sign it and have your team manager bring a copy of your driver's license, passport, or other government issued identification to the TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN event at Tournament Central on Friday, May 29, 2026 between 3pm and 7pm. !
